I got if off the internet.
I surfed the web for the corniest love poems I could find (which, really, wasn't all that hard, believe it or not. >.<;;;)
When I'd collected five of the absolute worst, I butchered them, took the lines that made me laugh the hardest and copied and pasted.

::snicker:: I wondered where it came from. I mean, I half thought you had found it, and the other half said that you *had* to have written it, because there was no way someone could write that and be serious. looks like I was right on both counts!
