mindset is everything

blackheiseithis morning, I decided I was sick of being in a bad mood. so I told myself I felt better. As I continued to convince myself, I found it really worked! I had a great day. It helped that 'Queenie' wasn't there, and that even if she was, I wouldn't have had to deal with her. ::Evil grin:: My assistant (the scary one) is as sick as I am of the way "queenie' treats me. so the next time she comes in, she gets to go with the boys and stay "attached to my assistant's hip". This woman is not *nearly* as even tempered as I am. ::dark chuckle::
I also worked at Suncoast today. ::grin:: that was fun too. I love my assistant manager, we are both easily amused, so we keep each other laughing. I have also been working on perfecting my Art of Shoplifter Stalking.
::enter low-voiced british announcer:: The prey enters the store, he is a large dark male, the leader of his pack. A hunter in his own right, he often seeks out his own prey for his pack members to catch. But the Huntress has been warned against him by her own pack leader. Unsure if this is indeed the male she had been told of, she errs in the side of caution.
After approching him, she stalks him about her territory. while the Shoplifter goes thru the ranks of the family films, the Huntress maintained a line-of-sight, with the excuse of stocking the manga shelves. the cat and mouse game continued, ending when the Assistant Manager joined in stalking the prey. the Shoplifter was chased out of the store, and the DVDs were again safe.
