You know the saying, when it's really bad, it can only get better from here? well, it's true!
First of all, I went to drop off an application at Suncoast, and found out that I don't even need an interview, they can use my old one. So instead of dropping off the application and hoping for the best, the manager had me fill out all the paperwork then and there, and I will be on the schedule as of next week! Also, they aren't hiring as many people this year, so I'll get more hours! How much better could this get? Working with people my own age (getting discounts on manga and pocky)*and* I'll be working mornings and evenings there, so I get to keep my job at the Center!
Work at the Center wasn't bad either. Turns out one of my assistants (the one I *REALLY* hated to see go, since she's great with the kids) didn't really quit! She was here today, and there was much joy. My boss was in a good mood too, the issue with the Inquisition has been cleared up. So, even with my kids being absolute monsters, it was a fairly good day.
That day got even better when I got home to find Carver sent me NEWTYPE magazine! ::glomps said 'uncle':: THANK YOU!!!! it is full of much anime/manga/everything japanese joy ::grins::
