Puppies!

So we're puppy sitting my sister's two dogs at the moment. right now, we are the dubious care takers of a three-legged german shepard, and a 12 week old shepard mix puppy. this is on top of our usual Jack Russel, rag-mop dog wanna be, and two cats.

The cats are less than thrilled with the fact that there is a large dog in the house. Georgie attacked both the new-comers, and Aaron is MIA.

Me being animal person that I am, I'm thrilled with this. the fact that we're having my ex-foster sisters (ages 7 and 6) and possibly the cousin for the weekend as well is going to make things fun.

Uh... your definition of 'fun' and mine are two very different things. O.o

I was thinking 'Fun' in the tearing out of the hair sort of way. specially since littlest f-sister is TERRIFIED of big dogs. we're hoping the Three-legged state of Dragonfly is pathetic enough to balance the size of her teeth. She really is the sweetest dog ever.

I doubt it'll matter much; (my kid is a little afraid of dogs too) a dog is a dog. Well, unless the three-leggedness causes her not to get around? Which isn't usually the case.
But, ah; I missed the sarcasm part. ^^;
